It's a Good Market Indeed !
 
 The Corvallis market has been very active in the last few months. Unfortunately, we are still noticing some delays in closing.
This is a good reminder to make sure you are pre-approved for a loan before you find your dream home. Other than the delays,
our market is really looking positive. Homes that are in great shape and priced well are seeing a few multiple offer situations.
 

The average price per square foot still looks pretty stable. Like many housing markets, our market had seen a small
price drop. The good news is that the 3rd qtr looked pretty stable, and the first part of the 4th qtr is looking good. 
 
 
 
Judging from the above data, homes are selling and the sales prices remain pretty consistant over time.
Also, in looking at the average amount of time that homes sit on the market, continue to be stable.
