The market is picking up! Homes that are in great shape and priced well have seen multiple offer situations,
so just as a reminder, make sure you are pre-approved for a loan before you find your dream home.
MEDIAN CORVALLIS HOME SOLD PRICE
Judging from the above data, homes are selling at a slightly higher price, and are selling slightly quicker than in the past
several months even the past year. That seems to be consistent with what I have been seeing lately.
I've even witnessed some multiple offers recently.
