In an effort to keep my clients up to date with local information, I've started sending out a quarterly newsletter.
If you would like to have these sent to you by mail, please call me or just send me an email. I'd be more than happy to add your name on my distribution list.

The Corvallis housing market looked pretty good overall. While looking back over the year, there was one thing that really stuck with me. I saw many homes sell within a week or so of coming on the market.
I had even witnessed some bidding wars over the year, but I also saw some very nice homes sit on the market much longer than I  expected. I decided to dig a little deeper to see if I could find a cause, and therefore
maybe prevent any of my listings from sitting to long on the market. As you can see in the chart below, there is a direct correlation with the pricing and days on the market. Another contributing factor is the preparation of
your home. Buyers today, want to feel that they paid a fair price for a high quality home. They don't seem to be as interested in buying a home they have to fix up. I have some tips below.
